I lost count of the weeks

Man, It’s been a while since I posted anything about the trailer. It really has been a rollercoaster of enthusiasm with this thing. When I’m rolling on it and know exactly what I’m doing, I’ll be in the woods room for most of the school day. Then I hit a rut where I had no idea what the next step was.

The woods teacher even commented on how I had stopped skipping lunch in order to work on the project, instead I was actually eating in the lunch room.

Anyways, here is what I’ve done since the last post:

stained the skin, cut the doors, stained the doors, hung the hurricane hinge, threw on an aluminum front, attached the roof vent, sealed the cracks, hung the doors, cut the trim, and filled the holes.

Put together in a list like that, I guess It doesn’t really look like that much, but it has taken me about the past 3 months to do all that. And it is increasingly upsetting because now I’m at the part where I have to do all the tedious finishing. But, it really is coming together and I’m getting pretty proud of it.

So, now pics.
